Information leakage and inadvertent disclosure of valuable
corporate information can cause irreparable harm to your
business. When information is not labeled, users may not
be aware of what information can be shared or distributed, and
what information should be controlled. Information that has been
labeled can help raise awareness, and can help meet regulatory
compliance in regards to the handling of sensitive information.
Titus Labs Email and Document Labeling solutions can force users to
apply classification labels to all new emails and documents. These
visual labels clearly identify the existence of sensitive or
confidential
information.
Titus Labs Message Classification
- Users can select a label from a organization-defined
pick list available to all users. These pick lists are
available to users of Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Web
Access. Once selected, visual labels will be added to
outgoing email in the subject line or message body.
- Microsoft Office documents that have been attached to
emails can also be labeled so that recipients will be aware
of their sensitivity.
- Administrators can customize signatures that will
automatically be added to the end of messages based on the
classification.

- Users can select a label from a organization-defined
pick list available to all users. These pick lists are
available to users of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Once selected, visual labels can be added to the document
headers and footers.
- Labels can be added as a watermark to a Microsoft Word
document for increased visibility and awareness. The users
name can also automatically be added to the watermark to
identify the author, or the user that printed a document.
