Product Features
|
Forced Labeling / Classification |
The software can be configured to force users to select classifications
before the email can be sent.
|
Inserts Visual Labels to Alert Users to Information Sensitivity |
Message Classification for Web Access can be configured to insert visual labels in the message subject
line, or first and last line of the message body to ensure that users
are aware of the sensitivity
of the information.
|
OWA Prevent - Prevents Viewing of Sensitive Information over OWA |
Many organizations would like to provide the convenience of web email
(OWA) to all employees, but would like to restrict what type of
information can be viewed using OWA. The OWA Prevent
feature can be configured to prevent users from viewing confidential or
sensitive messages, or email with attachments when using OWA.

The classification properties assigned by Message
Classification for Web Access are fully interoperable with the
properties assigned by the Message Classification
for Outlook product. This ensures that classifications in
messages sent from the OWA client are recognized in the Outlook client and vice-versa.
The Message Classification for Web Access product is now
supported on both the
Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007 platforms.
