Label Marker

One of the most effective ways to increase security awareness is to add visual labels to email. By including classification labels in the message itself, both the sender and recipient are more accountable for proper information handling.

The Label Marker feature automatically adds visual labels that are consistent and compliant with your organization’s email labeling policies. Label marking options include:

  • Message body labeling at the top and bottom of the email.
  • Subject line marking, including classification abbreviations.
  • Dynamic disclaimers that provide additional handling instructions based on the selected classification.
  • Auto-population of Microsoft Outlook categories to provide visual cues and enhanced searching in the user's inbox.

Visual markers are completely customizable by the administrator, including control over the font, text, color, and placement of the information.

"The very nature of the information handled by our agency is sensitive. With the Titus Labs solution, we have confidence that information is being protectively marked and that it is staying within our organization when it travels via email."
