Microsoft Rights Management Services (RMS)
provides protection of sensitive information, such as documents
and email, through the creation and enforcement of persistent
policies that live with the information—no matter where it goes.
For customers using RMS,
the Titus Labs family of classification solutions allow administrators to associate
classification levels with enforceable rights management policy.
These policies can restrict the viewing, printing, copying
or distribution of Microsoft Office documents and Outlook email.

front-end for enterprises deploying RMS. Using Document and
Message Classification with RMS:
- users need no prior knowledge of how to apply RMS, they
simply select a classification from the Titus Labs toolbar.
- provides automatic policy enforcement of RMS permissions.
RMS permissions are automatically applied based on administrator
defined policy.
- can force the use of RMS on certain classes of documents and
email. This is accomplished via the Titus Labs Force Select
feature.
