Titus Labs Message Classification™
is the premier classification and policy enforcement software
for Outlook that allows customers to manage the classification,
distribution and retention of valuable corporate email.
Now available for Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA), Message
Classification for OWA now provides the same
easy-to-use-and-deploy classification services for web based
email.

A toolbar is added to the OWA interface in the New Message
window. Users can be forced to select the appropriate
classification labels from the dropdown for their message. The
labels once assigned, remain in the header of the email and
cannot be altered by the user. The labels can also optionally be
displayed in the subject line, first line and/or last line of
the message.
The classification or "label" typically describes a
sensitivity level such as "UNCLASSIFIED", "CONFIDENTIAL" and
"SECRET". Message Classification for OWA allows users to
associate up to two classifications or labels to their emails.
The first level of classification could indicate the sensitivity
or security level of the email, while the second level could be
used to indicate email retention, project association, or
intended distribution.
Message Classification for OWA is fully interoperable with
the Titus Labs Message Classification and MessageRights clients
for Outlook. This ensures that a message sent from the Message
Classification for OWA client is recognized in the Outlook
client and vice-versa.
Typical solutions where Message Classification would be used
include - Security and Privacy, Email Archiving, Legislative
Compliance, Military and Encryption.
Titus Labs Message Classification for OWA requires an
Exchange 2003 Server.
