Titus Labs’ management team consists of experienced industry executives from companies such as Corel Corporation, Entrust Technologies, General Electric, IBM, Microsoft, Quest Software and SafeNet. With experience in building world-class enterprise software companies, our team is dedicated to developing and delivering high value business solutions with a firm commitment to customer satisfaction and rapid Return on Investment.

Tim Upton – Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer

Tim founded Titus Labs and leads the Company as President & CEO. He helped established early customer wins and the company’s market leading position. Prior to Titus Labs, Tim ran a successful consulting and integration company focused on IT Security and Infrastructure.

Tim has an extensive background as a technology consultant in the security and large infrastructure spaces and as an entrepreneur with over 17 years of IT experience. Tim is the founder of Titus Labs and provides the overall vision for Titus Labs products and services around information protection best practices.

Tim's consulting background includes specialized skills in messaging, security, and Internet technologies and has led architecture and business discussions with US Veteran Affairs (250,000 users) and US AirForce (525,000 users) to solve information protection requirements. Tim has spoken at numerous events around information protection best practices including speaking at the Microsoft MBX sales kickoff and speaking at the Microsoft TSCP panel where the largest A&D contractors worldwide were in attendance.

Tim holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) from St. Francis Xavier University of Antigonish, Nova Scotia.

Charlie Pulfer – Founder & Vice President, Product Management

Charlie's responsibilities include defining the product vision for Titus Labs products as well as all marketing activities. In addition, Mr. Pulfer is responsible for the Titus Labs website.

Mr. Pulfer brings over 20 years of IT sales, marketing and product management experience to Titus Labs. Previous experience includes management positions in product management and business development at Entrust.net Inc, where he led the development of web certificate products as well as digital signature security solutions. Previous to Entrust, Mr. Pulfer spent 7 years at Microsoft building successful customer and partner relationships. While at Microsoft, he was responsible for growing the Microsoft Certified Solutions Provider channel. Mr. Pulfer started his career at IBM where he acted as a Systems Engineer and Consultant specializing in database and application development tools.

Charlie holds a Masters of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of British Columbia.

Scott Morin – Vice President, Sales

Scott Morin is responsible for managing the company’s revenue growth and establishing relationships with key customers around the world. Scott brings a 17 year track record of delivering success in IT sales.

Prior to joining Titus Labs, Scott held senior sales positions for companies including General Electric TMS, FastLane Technologies (Quest Software), Databeacon (Cognos/IBM) and TrialStat. He led the Public Sector Sales strategy at the publicly traded Softchoice Corporation – a one billion dollar international player.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Carleton University.

Blair Canavan – Vice President, Business Development

Blair joined Titus Labs in 2006 and brings 19 years of IT experience working with clients to sell and implement technology. Blair is dedicated to all business development activities including strategic partnerships and emerging market opportunities worldwide. Previously he was the VP of Sales at Titus Labs where he built the sales team, customer base, channel partners and business development initiatives. This resulted in triple digit sales success and over 125 customers to-date around the globe. Blair was the VP of Sales, Marketing and Business Development at Chrysalis-ITS (acquired by SafeNet) and he was Director of Business Development at AssetMetrix (acquired by Microsoft Corporation). Blair was also the first official employee of Symantec Canada running sales and channel development.

Blair holds an Honours Co-op in Business Administration from the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University.

Regi Roy – Vice President, Product Development

Regi brings over 15 years of experience delivering innovative software products ranging from consumer products and embedded systems to enterprise solutions. As Vice-President of Product Development, he provides leadership and direction for all research and development activities and is also responsible for customer support and professional services.

Prior to Titus Labs, Regi led the development of WordPerfect Suite and Ventura products at Corel Corporation introducing innovative features and adoption of emerging technologies. He also established an offshore development center for Corel to optimize costs. At Espial, he oversaw the embedded browser group, led several international customer engagements while significantly improving performance and capabilities of the platform. Before moving to Canada, Regi founded and operated Singular Solutions, a software company focused on the medical imaging market. He started his career at Infosys, the premier software services company in India, managing a development team for AT&T.

Regi holds a Computer Science and Engineering Degree from Kerala University, India and MBAs from Cornell University, United States and Queens University, Canada.
